You've Got Files is a file arrival notification utility. It will monitor your selected directories/folders for new files and generate an e-mail (up to 10 e-mail addresses) and/or launch an application, alerting those who need to know that new files have arrived. YGF is excellent for monitoring FTP Server upload directories.
