Rich Text Editor 1.2

This script allows the client to type in a text with capabilities of using HTML tags. It is great for 'contact us' forms. A function to fill or pre-load the Editor with text passed as parameter. Very useful in cases when you return the form back to the user if he did not fill in all the required fields.
