Print Tracker 5.5 is a print tracking software that will allow you to track your incoming print jobs on an NT/2000 Workstation/Server. Clients that print through the machine set up for printer logging will be recorded into the print logging database. It also will allow you to have multiple print servers reporting to a single database enabling you to report from many servers all in one report. Once a print job has been captured and entered into the printer log you can create a wealth of meaningful reports from performing a generic print audit of all printers enabling you to allocate your print costs to simply distributing to departments, contractors, or particular personnel letting them know that the print logging software is keeping track of wasteful printing. Print Tracker logs the printer, username, document name, date & time, num of pages, and can assign different costs to different printers. Database uses the familiar Access format which allows you to use other tools to generate reports as well.
