PaintBuster is a good "old" paint program in a new suite. It's been designed for those of us who paint using the mouse and is a full-featured Windows digital image editor for image creation and manipulation. It supports JPEG, GIF, TIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, PCX, and TGA formats. PaintBuster enables you to cut, paste, and enhance your family photographs as well as create images for the Web page.
