From the developer: "MySpy is a small footprint software that runs in the background while you are working on your computer. While running, it uses less than 2% of system resources. It monitors the usage of the computer that it is installed on. It keeps a log of all the software used by the user including the idle time (i.e. knowing when the computer is not in use)."
