The program was originally written for a school to keep track of stationery and books, but it can function in any kind of stockroom provided it is not used as point-of-sale software. The program allows you to store detailed information about the inventory description, vendor, location, and salesperson. It also allows you to set up a markup as a percentage of average cost (if needed) and will automatically calculate the price, total cost, markup amount, total markup, and total expected revenue. You also can set a reorder level for every item. Various reports are available and designed in such a way they can be printed on paper with letterhead. The program can handle multiple inventory files.
