MP3 Collector is a program for organizing your personal collection of MP3 files on hard disk, CD-ROMs, network drives, and so on. You can use it to edit ID3 tags, rename files, and create playlists. It also lets you create a file with detailed information about your MP3 collection. This file can be browsed, sorted, and searched in various ways, even when the actual MP3 files are not available. MP3 lists can be printed and exported to HTML or CSV files.

To use it, let MP3 Collector scan your folders and CD-ROMs for MP3 files. It will add these to the collection file, automatically extracting information from the ID3 tags and filenames. Then use the Explorer-like screen to view the list, edit tags, rename files, create playlists, and so on.
