Cinematograph is a viewer/playback application for digital video that also supports still pictures and music based on DirectX/COM. Some of the formats supported by Cinematograph include DVD, MPEG, DivX, VCD, S-Video Compact Disc, AVI, Windows Media files, and QuickTime videos. You have the option to resize videos on the fly. You can also use playlist-style functions to create collections for your videos with different options for each movie, including size, rating, or alias names. Parental controls are also included, so you can specify what movies children are allowed to view. Other features in Cinematograph include a search option and VCR-style controls.
