From the developer: "Call-Tracker has been designed to assist with the checking of telephone bills, to highlight and control un-authorised calls. Call-Tracker is will import electronic call data which can be supplied by your telephone service providers. The program allows you to identify telephone numbers which are new to you, for example Customers, suppliers, Internal numbers and Hot numbers (those you do not want dialling), leaving a listing of 'Unknown Numbers'. You can report from these Unknown numbers which have been dialled (x) amount of times, exceeding (x.xx) value. The resulting data could be a listing of selected numbers from literally thousands of lines of call data, which have been called repeatedly at the bill payers expense. There are 3 types of report, which can give summarised information on the various types of call, by area, identification and location. This program is an essential management tool for any organisation with 5+ employee's with access to telephone systems."
