This is a pretty straight-forward internet/local browser, with a couple of cool features: The Merge/Split buttons do just that to the screen to give you either one or two independent browsers at the same time. Tool-tips will provide the information you need if you get lost. The blank buttons at the top of each browser are equivalent to the FAVORITES list in common browsers. To program and re-program them, simply right-click on the button and the address in the address bar will be programmed to that button so that when you left-click it, you will be taken to that site. The button will automatically be re-named.
