BM-Win Plus presorts a mailing list according to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Post Office for doing Bulk Mail advertising. Letters can be sent for as little as $.12 each ($.06 for Non-Profit) using Bulk Mail. BM-Win Plus can accept mailing lists in DBF, MS Access, MS Excel, ASCII Delimited and Fixed Length, Lotus 1-2-3, and Paradox formats. There are no limits to the size of the mailing list. BM-Win Plus is USPS PAVE certified.
