Active Scripting Fast Disable is a companion tool for the Internet Explorer Web browser. ASFD can block pop-up advertising windows and increase PC security by temporarily disabling the browser's Active Scripting feature. Unlike many pop-up-blocking utilities, Active Scripting Fast Disable is simple, stable, and noninvasive. It will not prevent you from opening new Internet Explorer windows, or modifying important system DLLs. It requires no setup, blacklist entry, or filter configuration. Active Scripting Fast Disable can automatically restore and reload all open browser windows after turning Active Scripting on or off. A handy "Close all browser windows immediately" feature is also included.
