A deformation analysis software made to detect and evaluate surface displacement fields on arbitrary image series of a specimen or an object under investigation using an advanced digital image correlation algorithm - especially suited for the evaluation of SEM/SPM/AFM/SM micrographs. More than simple image matching: with the help of a new element-based correlation algorithm it's the first correlation software that supports the measurement of displacement vectors in partly conformal images. The software package includes a finite element mesh generation tool named FINITY that allows to create meshes that fit to the image series to be investigated. Additionally, meshes can be imported from third party Finite Element software. Several options to display results including animations to track whole deformation sequences are available. Additionally it's possible to export the result data for customized result evaluation and presentation.
