With this SpeedBar you can change the playback rate of Video and Audio from 1/3 to 2.5 times normal speed without pausing playback. Patented Signal Processing keeps audio sounding natural (not 'chipmunked') at all speeds; and allows users to comprehend and remember the information.

"NOTE: The 2xAV plug-in for Windows MediaPlayer can play content slower or faster than real time from local files, from remote servers using HTTP, and from Windows Media Servers. However, Windows Media Servers may not be capable of serving content faster than real time indefinitely. This is not a 2xAV limitation--it is a server limitation. No such limitation exists for local content or for content delivered via the HTTP protocol."
